Saturday Dinner

I was invited to dinner by my old buddy from back in day. To my surprise he took me to one of my favorite seafood restaurants, Carrabbas. Small, tight, crowded as always so we sit at the bar and waited. He talked and I listened while munching on some calamari. Close by was that much needed glass of Chardonnay and the salt grinder cause the calamari needed it. An hour later we heard the announcement that our table was ready. He looked at me, I looked at him. Then we both ignored the announcement and had dinner at the bar.
