I don't know what happened on these stairs at Census but they were roped off and part of the sitting area below was roped off. No, they're not painting either. I'm guessing someone went postal and maybe pushed a co-worker down the steps. I don't know I just think it's one of those weird things that happens almost daily at this place. Anything could happen with this place being in the center of the hood.

Who Fell?
I don't know what happened on these stairs at Census but they were roped off and part of the sitting area below was roped off. No, they're not painting either.
