This is my first time attempting to fry a turkey. I read numerous reciepes on line about what kind of rub to use. This one with lots of pepper, cayenne, cajun, and italian dressing was hands down. I came out dark (just like the picture) but that's the way it was supposed to be. My two brothers, my sister-in-law, Brandon, his friend and a dear friend of mine raved about how moist and delicious it was. Not much left over.
