TO Cover Design

In dispute with the company that designed the cover for TO. They want their name and website address on the back cover because I used the name and website address for the photography who did the photo shoot. It's not going to happen. I told them their acknowledgment will be on the inside copyright page. That's not good enough so they're holding the final design.
