This guy was prepped Monday night with some cajun spices, injected with my special marinade and graced the cool black box until the morning of November 25, 2010. Here he rests atop of the warm black box awaiting his fate, the hot as hell bath of oil and for one hour he will fry like all good birds were born to do. Fry, fry, fry away from the coup big birdie. Yum yum!
