I really don't know what Census caferia people were planning to do but this setup was supposed to be a tailgating event with grill and chairs and cokes. There was no one manning the station but there were raffle tickets, some pens, and a bowl to drop off your completed ticket. Hmmm, I'm too upset with the 2010 Redskins season to even partake in this game.

Tail gating
I really don't know what Census caferia people were planning to do but this setup was supposed to be a tailgating event with grill and chairs and cokes.
